Gran Festivall All Inclusive Resort, Manzanillo

My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The beach was nice and close, and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. However, the rooms were quite outdated and could use significant improvements. Service was less than ideal, especially when it came to dining options and the overall facilities, which felt older and in need of renovations. While the prices were reasonable, it didn't quite compensate for the less-than-ideal experience overall.

We decided to return to this resort after celebrating our honeymoon here 35 years ago. While the resort is showing its age and needs some repairs, the friendly and attentive staff truly made our stay special. The food and entertainment options were great, especially the quality of the night shows for families. However, the rooms are outdated and not up to par with what we expected, and the beach location requires a bit of effort to reach.

My experience at Gran Festivall was far from ideal. While the size of the resort and the pool area were impressive, the lack of maintenance and poor service really detracted from our stay. The rooms were rundown and unclean, making for a less than comfortable experience. The dining opportunities were decent, but the overall value just wasn't there by any means.
